Who we are
WildSnap is a nature-collection game published by OTECH Labs LLC (otechlabs.io). Contact: privacy@otechlabs.io.
Kids & families (COPPA / Apple Kids / Google Families)
WildSnap is designed for kids and families. We do not run third-party advertising, do not use behavioral tracking SDKs, and do not sell any personal information. Purchases, links to external sites, and account changes are gated behind a parental challenge (multi-digit math) so children cannot complete them on their own.
What we collect
- Account: email, display name, chosen home state (never precise GPS).
- Catches: photos you take in-app, plus a rarity score and species tag.
- Play data: catches, coins, streaks, adventure progress, leaderboard rank.
- Purchases: subscription status only (payment details are held by Stripe).
Location precision
Every card stores location at the precision you choose — city, state, or hidden. We never publish precise GPS.
How we use it
To run the game, verify catch quality, award coins, and power leaderboards. That's it.
Sharing
Service providers only: Lovable Cloud (hosting + database), Stripe (billing), and the Lovable AI Gateway (photo verification). No advertisers, no data brokers.
Your rights & deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in-app at Profile → Delete Account. Or email privacy@otechlabs.io.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. On deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days.
